Programme Synopsis:
Our primary tuition programmes adhere to the MOE syllabus and are meticulously structured to equip students for their school examinations. Extensive research has been conducted on examination papers from various top schools, allowing us to analyse diverse examination techniques. This has enabled us to shape our teaching curriculum not only to be examination-focused but also to inspire critical thinking and encourage students to explore solutions from different perspectives.
Classes are conducted in an interactive learning environment, where the teacher engages students in discussions during every lesson. We firmly believe that such discussions enhance students' understanding of the topics and provide the teacher with insights into each student's level of comprehension. Specially printed worksheets, featuring notes and questions of varying difficulty, serve as invaluable learning aids for students. The teacher guides students through each topic with detailed explanations, employing the whiteboard as a medium to illustrate concepts, methodologies, and convey ideas.
Active class participation is indispensable to ensure students stay in sync with the material being taught. The student's classwork is closely monitored, and homework assignments are given in moderation to prepare them for subsequent lessons. As examinations draw near, the teacher conducts a 'drilling' period, working through mock examination papers in class under examination conditions. This serves as a crucial assessment of the students' understanding before they face the actual examination in school.
