No part of the deposit is to be used for payment of course fees for any month unless a proper notice has been served under Clauses 10 and 11. Students/Parents must keep and produce the receipt as proof of payment of deposit. A student attending till the last month of the course will have to pay fees till the final month and the deposit will be kept by the company to be used as full or partial deposit or fee payment for the following academic year if the student wishes to continue attending courses under the company.
